Our Team

We would like to take a moment to introduce ourselves.  My name is John James III, I am originally from Colorado.  I moved to Arizona in 1988 to finish my schooling and graduated from ASU in 1991 with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration.  I have been a Chandler resident for more than 27 years and have a passion for hiking.  For the last 25 years I have been a licensed Real Estate Agent and I have seen 100's of homes that have outdated smoke detection systems or the ones that do have them are not up to the current standards.  ​

My name is John Allen and I am proud to say I am an Arizona Native.  I have been a Home Inspector for more than 11 years and as such I see many problems with the homes I inspect.  One of the most concerning to me is how often I see homes that were built 15 or 20 years ago and still have the original smoke detectors.  Often times they have been painted over and are full of dirt and dust.  I would not trust these old units in the event of a fire nor should you.  For those reasons John and I decided to establish this company to help as many people as possible get their smoke detector systems up to date and working properly.
